Hi  @MattPackwood @Brenda23557666ym4b

Could you please elaborate the issue a bit more to understand it better?

1. What's the source of the PDF file, is it from email or from a website directly?

2. Is it showing some error while trying to open or showing some spinning circle?

3. Application version?

4. iOS version?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi @MattPackwood

Sorry for the delayed response.

As we have checked that the file is opening fine. Could you share the link of the website from which we can directly check the PDF?  Also, if possible please share a video/screen recording that shows the issue opening the PDF.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

I don't remember where I got it from, but the problem occurs in multiple files.  Can you send me a path to a "know good" file and I will see if I can open it.

Hi,

Can you please confirm that iOS 12 is not supported, even when I click the link to the document given in the message below it opens safari and says browser not supported, the learn more button does not work.

It is very odd that when all file sharing sites like onedrive, google drive, drop box, icloud are working fine on iOS 12.5.7 why is a simple solution like adobe document cloud blocked from iOS 12.

I like to use my old ipad to read ebooks and pdfs, while I can access kindle iBook and all cloud sharing sites I am unable to access my pdfs on adobe cloud due to this limitation.

Thanks.

Hi @vipin0D44,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Acrobat Reader Mobile requires iOS 15.0 and above to work to the fullest.

More info here: Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF on the App Store (https://adobe.ly/4atiMHO)

Hope this clarifies your question.
