Problemas ao imprimir arquivos protegidos por senha

Eu uso o app há alguns anos no meu aparelho Samsung Galaxy S8 e sempre funcionou normalmente. Sempre consegui abrir minhas faturas que são protegidas por senha e imprimi-las sem nenhum problema.

Recentemente mudei de aparelho, um Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe e baixei o mesmo app nesse novo aparelho, mas no aparelho novo, eu consigo apenas abrir os pdfs protegidos por senha, quando vou imprimir as faturas ele dar uma mensagem de erro dizendo que o documento não pode ser impresso, pois é protegido por senha. Como é que consigo imprimir o mesmo arquivo em um aparelho e no outro não? Lembrando que estou usando o mesmo aplicativo e estou tentando imprimir o mesmo arquivo,bmas só em um funciona. 

• O que pode está ocorrendo? Alguém teve o mesmo problema e conseguiu resolver?

Thanks for reporting this to us.

Is the password-protected document you are referring to above a specific document giving errors on Print?

There could be a possibility the file you used to print was password protected with printing allowed. But on this one, you don't have the printing feature enabled.

Try this:

• Close and reopen the app.
• Sign Out and Sign back into the application.
• and try again.

Apresenta erro em todas as faturas de cartão de crédito que tem senha. Mas eu consigo imprimir normalmente no meu celular antigo, já no celular novo está ocorrendo esse erro. Já fiz o que vc solicitou, inclusive já desinstalei e reinstalei o aplicativo e mesmo assim não funcionou. O que devo fazer agora?

Não pode ser um problema do arquivo que tento imprimir, visto que consigo imprimir ele em outro aparelho.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Regarding working with password-protected PDFs, there are certain limitations with the mobile version of Acrobat. 

The iOS version of the application can print those files by re-entering the password, while the Android version does not have the ability. 

As you mentioned that you could print the files on the other mobile device, would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow on the device where the file prints? This would help us to get a better idea and narrow down the approach we take to investigate the issue.

Also, the application version you are using on both devices would help.

Segue em anexo o vídeo mostrando eu imprimindo normalmente no aparelho antigo (Samsung Galaxy S8). 

Como você pode observar, não existe nenhuma reatrição, o aplicativo funciona perfeitamente.

A versão do Aplicativo no Galaxy S8 (Aparelho Antigo que está funcionando corretamente): 22.12.1.25269

Versão do aplicativo no Galaxy S21 Fe (Aparelho novo que está com problema no aplicativo): 22.12.1.25269

As versões do aplicativos são a mesma e o sistema operacional de ambos é Android.

Vou aguardar um feedback de vocês.

Segue em anexo um dos arquivos com senha que tentei imprimir e um vídeo tentando imprimir a fatura. Lembrando que não é só nesse arquivo que está ocorrendo o erro e sim em qualquer pdf protegido por senha.

Vocês tem algum e-mail para eu poder me comunicar com vocês de forma privada, Caso necessite da senha para abrir o arquivo.
