Desde hace ya 4 meses que hice mi pago de la versión pro , no me deja usarlo me aparece como si no lo hubiera comprado y es molesto ya que ya no se puede usar , funcionaba bien cuando se pagaba mensualmente

I’ve reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you’re using in this community, but I couldn’t find any record of a paid subscription for the Pro Version. If you used a different email address for your subscription, please let us know so we can help track it down.

 

If you have received a purchase confirmation email, sharing it via private message would be very helpful for further investigation.

Se me hace increíble que me digas eso cuando estoy mandando capturas de pantalla espero que esto sea suficiente

evidencio pago de subscripcion espero que por esto me regalen unos meses ya que lleva 4 meses este problema ... apenas ahorita contestan
