I recently acquired the Adobe mobile premium. When I email my contracts to the customer they cannot return email to my companies email address. I need to rectify this problem

Do you use the option to request a signature to share the file with the customers or send it directly to their email addresses?
If you use the option to request a signature, the file should automatically be forwarded to you once the customer signs the document.
If you share using your email address and then the customer cannot email you the document back, I suggest checking the domain settings to see if there are addresses that it blocks.
