I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and am unable to find any paid/active subscription.

If you are using the Acrobat Mobile application, It is a free, stand-alone app with extra premium features that are available when you purchase a subscription. For more information please check the help page (https://adobe.ly/40x4pyE )
