Je souhaite résilier un abonnement qui s'est déclenché alors que les 7 jours d'essai gratuit n'ont pas fonctionné.

Lors de cette connexion d'essai, j'ai coché résiliation mais cela n'a pas été pris en compte et j'ai eu un prélèvement de 23,99€!

Je n'ai jamais rien acheté c'est ça le problème. J'étais sur candy crush qui m'a demandé une mise à jour adobe. Je me suis rapprochée du site du jeu et ça ne vient pas de la.

Sbscriptions on mobile cannot purchase itself. The process has to go through a specific route (your AppStore or Google Play Store for this case) to proceed through with it.
