Radio button to display a hidden field works on PC, not iPad

Community Beginner ,

Hi!

I've created a form in Adobe Acrobat DC to be used on an iPad.  One of the radio buttons is set to display a hidden field when selected.  It works great on a PC, but does not work at all on an iPad.  Any suggestions?

Hi goldilocks22,

Acrobat Reader mobile apps (for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone) provide limited JavaScript support.

Please take a look at the JavaScript API Reference below to see what's supported in Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad.

Hope this information helps you create PDF forms that would work with Acrobat Reader desktop and mobile apps.

Hi Goldilocks22,

Unfortunately, the functionality that you are referring to is not available in iOS version.

Hi Akki_24,

Thanks for responding... I've removed the code from the form and went with something simpler.  It's not what I wanted, but will suffice.  Wish it worked the way it does on a PC!

Regards,

Laurie

This is simply not true. I can make some buttons work switching from the button action "veiw>page naviagation>next page" changing the button action to "go to page in this document"

So acations can work. Furthermore they did work untl our mobile systems updated to latest version.
