You posted to the orphaned forum for Acrobat Reader for Mobile (beta), but it sounds like you are not using the beta version. We can move your post to the proper forum.

 

I am a volunteer and do not work for Adobe, but it's my understanding that when you subscribe through Android Google Play, you need to talk to them about billing issues, as that is who you paid. Read this entire Help page for more information:

In addition, do not respond to PMs from scammers purporting to be from Adobe. Scammers lurk on all forums these days.
