Re: Compulsory opening of adobe help site when reading a document on Lenovo yoga computer

I have the same problem. I've owned two 2-in-1 laptops, a Lenovo Flex and Lenovo Yoga, both would redirect me to the adobe help page when I switched between laptop and tablet mode. On the yoga if I let the laptop screen turn off while I'm reading an article when I wake up the computer it will open the Adobe help web page, it's pretty annoying.

Hi marceloa,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are redirected to adobe help site when reading pdf on your laptop, is that correct?

Could you confirm the application you are using to view pdfs- adobe acrobat?

Do the device have android or windows os installed?

Would it be possible to share the screenshot of the web page you are directed to with us? To share a screenshot here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Thanks,

Shivam
