When I try and convert a pdf to word all I get is referred to Adobe pricing options when I alrea

Whenever I try to edit an save a pdf, it's telling me that I need to subscribe or try a free trial, and I already have a subscription.

@Inspiring_observer9587 I would sign out of the app completely, and sign back in with the email address you are logged inside the app matches the one you used for the subscription. Also you can double-check the status of your account (maybe it expired?—a community expert had theirs expired wiuthout noticing it for a day or so!)
