Read Aloud is an accessibility feature in Android that is provided by the OS and not Acrobat.

 

To try the same in iOS, you can select the portion of the page you want to hear, allow the small toast menu to popup on your screen, slide right to left to find the option Speak.

Your phone should start speaking the selected content or the entire screen given the preference you have selected on your device.

 

To enable this, go to your phone's settings-> accessibility-> spoken content-> enable the toggle buttons as per your requirement.
