Redestribution license for Acrobat Reader mobile app needed, but Adobe does not respond.

I want to distribute the Adobe Reader Mobile App on a number of company smartphones via EMM software. I have requested a redistribution license via "https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=W8RNXE" but have received no response from adobe, yet. After sending the webform data the confirmation text says, Adobe will respond to the request within 3 working days, which did not happen in the last 3 weeks, though I have sent the qequest four times. The support hotline for our other licensed (and charged) Adobe products told me they cannot help and recommended me to write to the Adobe Reader forum. So, here we go, can anyone help on this issue?
