Cancelé mi suscripción antes del cumplimiento de los 14 días de prueba y no están respetando mi reembolso, solicito dicha acción o las evidencias contractuales por las que se negará el mismo de lo contrario, acudiré a la PROFECO para exponer mi caso y obtener asesoría legal al respecto.

1. The date when you purchased the subscription [ a screenshot would be great ]

2. Your Adobe ID that you use to log in;

3. The contact team you approached, whether the Adobe team, Apple Store, or Google Play Store team.

anteriormente, comparta conmigo las cláusulas que invaliden sus políticas

De lo contrario, en caso de no recibir mi reembolso acudiré con todas las
evidencias a la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor ante este abuso.
