I opted for the seven day trial and cancelled after two days. I was charged and did not receive the refund. I want my refund.

For Android.
Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

I've spoken with Google Play and they told me to speak with you about refund. I have cancelled the subscription. Do you have enough information in my original post to process the refund, it is still 4 days since the beginning of the 7day trial.
