Refund and cancelation annual subscriptionfor Adobe Reader

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I'm writing to request a refund for my Adobe Reader subscription, which I inadvertently paid for despite canceling within the first six days.

Details:

- Subscription service: Adobe Reader
- Payment method: Credit Card
- Payment date: 07/04/2025
- Cancellation date: 06/04/2025
- Subscription duration: 1 year (not required)
- Charge amount: CAD 97.64

I would greatly appreciate it if you could process a refund of CAD 97.64 to my original payment method (Credit Card) as soon as possible.

Acrobat Reader for Mobile is free. Your screenshots show that you purchased the premium version that allows you to do more with the free Reader. Because you purchased from Google play, Adobe did not collect your money. You need to contact Google play for billing issues.
