I'm writing to request a refund for my Adobe Reader subscription, which I inadvertently paid for despite canceling within the first six days.

Acrobat Reader for Mobile is free. Your screenshots show that you purchased the premium version that allows you to do more with the free Reader. Because you purchased from Google play, Adobe did not collect your money. You need to contact Google play for billing issues.
