Refund for "7 Day Free Trial"

I had applied for the 7 day free trial only to realize I was applying for the 7 second free trial.  I did not realize that when I applied for the 7-Day free trial I would be getting charged the full amount of $105.08.  I thought like all other free trials that I have applied for I would be getting charged after the "7 Day Free Trial" was over. I was sadly mistaken when I was out to go grocery shopping, that I had checked my account before entering the store. Only to realize I had no money in my account due to this charge.

 

As a single mother I cannot afford to be losing money like this especially this amount.  Once I realized this charge was taken out of my account return to the page to cancel my account immediately.   Only to have to search for the whereabouts to cancel this account. This took over an hour of my time finally fine the proper place to go to to get my account cancelled immediately.

 

Once my account was cancelled I received an email stating that my account was cancelled and that I will be receiving NO refund. I think this is BS and should not be happening and they should be a little bit more clear that they would be immediately charged the full amount before the 7-Day free trial even starts. I would love to have my money returned to my account ASAP due to the fact but I did cancel my account Within an hour to two hours of opening this account which states I have up to 48 hours to cancel. 

 

I am very disappointed and a service I have received and the fact that is so-called Honest Company like you would not give a refund due to a mistake that was made and I immediately attempted to fix my mistake with your company. I hope you are an honest company and you do return the money to my account that you have more than happily taken out even before this so called "7 Day free trial" even started which I think is very unfair and is very unethical of a so-called growing company like you. I hope you will remedy this problem and fix my disappointment that I have in your company due to this situation that has occurred.

 

I look forward to hearing from you to inform me that I will be receiving a full refund and have my money's deposited back into my account.

Google Play subscriptions are available only in the form of a single access pass for a specific period of time and price depending on what plan you choose – month or year.
