I am writing to request a refund for a charge of $21.31 that was recently deducted from my card. Although I attempted to enter my card information as requested, an error occurred during the process and the charge was made on my Adobe student account, which entitles me to free access to all Adobe apps.
As a result, I did not authorize this charge and would like to request a refund as soon as possible. Please let me know what information you need from me to process the refund.

I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
I checked your account registered with the community and saw that your subscription to Acrobat Pro is still active.
The reason for being charged is the utilization of the trial and not canceling at the given time.
