Refund

I noticed another post stating the "7day free trial isn't working", as if there's a system issue. It's not a technology issue, it's an integrity issue. 

To offer a consumer a 7day free trial just to turnaround and immediately charge me for 1 month of service is a MISLEADING &DECEPTIVE business practice. when I noticed I was actually enrolled I immediately canceled the subscription but I did not receive a refund. Please refund all charges or forward this to someone who can. I am not interested in doing business with your company.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, it is managed directly from the store you have purchased the subscription.

 

You may refer to the below links as per the Operating System you use.

For iOS: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

 

You can also start the refund process from the below links.

UDAAP violations all over the place. I'm literally sitting here thinking about the consumers that take the loss because they don't have the "know how", resources, and/or ability to make it to the community board and/or the energy to deal with the foolishness..
