Hello @Kilynn27303386eka8
I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.
I understand you want a refund for your Acrobat Premium subscription.
Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest contacting the store where you purchased the subscription.

No one on this forum can assist you with a refund. We do not have access to billing information.
You replied to a post on the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum, meaning that you are asking about Android or iOS. If so, read the answer from Adobe employee @Krutikka D (marked correct) and contact either the App Store or Google Play following her links and instructions.
If not, please clarify exactly which application and OS you are asking about, as well as where you purchased.

I had texted directly to the person, but not for everyone to see for the first time texting.

As @Krutikka D said, you purchased from the App Store or Google Play from your device, not from Adobe. Who was the person you PM'd?
I'm asking because most of the time only scammers pretending to be Adobe will PM users and they do not have an Adobe address. If you didn't delete the PM, can you click on the envelope in the upper right of the forum window?
Adobe Staff has the Adobe logo and "Adobe Employee" tag as @Krutikka D does. Those of us with "Community Expert" and a badge are trusted volunteers who are in Adobe system.
