Hello! I've tried using your trial version and cancelled it before 7 days. I was charged for monthly and annual fee after the cancellation please refund the charges ASAP.

As you mentioned, you were charged for both Annual and monthly subscriptions. Would you mind sharing receipts of the charge where it is mentioned related to Adobe?

 

I checked your account and could not find an active subscription on your account.

Hi Souvik,

I appreciate your prompt response. As per your request, I attached the
screenshots of the said charges. It shows that the monthly charge was
refunded. However, there's no refund processed on my account as shown on
the account statement.

Please let me know if there's anything you needed.

@Darnell292946843ktv In such a case, I suggest contacting the bank. If the amount shows as refunded, then it takes about 5-7 business days for the bank to settle the money to your account.

Yeah I'll contact the bank regarding the refund for the monthly. What are
we going to do with the annual payment collected when I cancelled the
subscription before the trial ends?

Hi. I haven't heard anything from you guys since you advise to contact my financial institution. I contacted them and I was told that the refund processed was recollected again by you guys. I don't care about the monthly anymore just process the refund for the annual payment cause it looks like you are focusing on the monthly and disregarding the fact that I was also charged for annual.

Please share the receipt for the amount being deducted. This would help me trace the transaction details and look for the grey areas as to why this is happening.
