I checked your email address registered on the community, and couldn't find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
From the screenshots you shared, this looks like a typical case where your entitlement has been purchased on the private relay ID of your Apple account.
What this means is, your subscriptions are all active, just not the primary email address, but on a private mask created by Apple.
In such situations, the best solution would be to reach out to Apple Support, and get the entitlements mapped to your original email address.
This will further eliminate any such situations in the future where your subscription cannot be tracked.
