I have reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using on this community and couldn't find any active or paid membership for Acrobat Premium. If you used a different email ID for the purchase, please share it with me via PM so we can track down the membership.
If you're encountering an “Unable to restore purchases” error, it might be because you're not signed in to the account you used to purchase the subscription. Please ensure you're signed in with the correct subscription account before attempting to restore your purchases. This error can also occur if your account doesn't have any active or valid subscriptions. To verify your active subscriptions, go to the app’s Settings > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions.
