J'ai un abonnement d'un an acheter avec Apple mais il m'est impossible de restaurer cette abonnement lorsque je vais sur mon compte Adobe. À chaque fois ça me met : "Un abonnement à été trouvé mais associé à un autre compte Adobe. Veuillez vous connecter à votre compte".

J'essaie de me connecter avec l'ensemble de mes adresses e-mail mais ça me marche pas.

comment puis-je résoudre mon problème afin que je puisse bénéficier de mon abonnement?

I checked the Email addresses you shared and saw that both emails had different subscription plans, but they were both canceled. 

 

The canceled plans are the reason you are unable to use the membership. You may check by logging in to the online portal if you can use the tools here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
