Eu me enrolei e dei acesso ao aplicativo PDF à minha conta Google 

como fazer para retirar esse acesso?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to remove the Google access from the PDF App.

You need to do it from your Google account. Go to the account settings, Security, Manage third-party access, Adobe Acrobat (or Reader) and then Remove Access as described in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/google-issue/m-p/10463109
