I use acrobat reader amongst others for tickets for concerts, theatres etc.
How do you dare to assult me with the question to login.
When I use the app for showing received information like tickets for airplanes, theatres, reservations etc. You cannot suddenly ask for any kind of confirmation.
If this happens once more in the future I will stop with Adiobe and find some reliable pdf reader.
If you want to change anything, force me to paricipate in anyy paied service you should announce that ample time in advance and not at the moment that I need the product that you supplied.
From now on I don't trust you any longer and will make myself undependent for these type of suprises

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Would you mind briefing us about the issue that you faced? Were you previously logged in to the application and got signed out automatically? Are you using the application in guest mode and asked to sign in?
If the latter is the case, it could be any accidental touches on the paid features which triggered the sign-in wall.
Please let us know the exact scenario so we can assist you better.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Again, this time yesterday, I met the unexpected and unwanted login procedure on my tablet. I don't know how and why and did not investigate the circumstances.
I needed some information on my NAS server, stored in PDF format and needed it quickly.
It took me to much time to get everything working (retrieving login name, e-mail address, password, looking in my phone) to get the security code.
Today I checked out on my tablet and on my phone.
Everything worked well.
I checked my PC and there I was not signed in.
Apparently some unknown divine sadistic authority forces me to participate in some initiation ritual.
As I expressed before I don't want ever to be forced to participate in these kind of rituals at a time that I'm busy with other things.
Now I'm not signed in and nevertheless everything performs OK.
To prevent similar experiences in the future I will skip Acrobat and find some other tool to read PDF files.

Sorry to hear that. Viewing the PDF files should not require a log-in.
Also, is the account you are referring to managed by your Organization? There are options to force log out of the application.
Please check and let us know. If these are not the scenarios, we would want some additional information:
1. The application version you are using;
2. The operating system you are using and its version;
Also, please check if the application is updated.

The domain vangelder.nl is mine and I'm the manager.
Enclosed two sceenprints of my tablet. One without sign in and one after sign in.
Yesterday I was forced to sign in, but I don't know why, since you say that it is not necessary to sign in. Hence if I was not signed in why to force me to do so and if I was signed in why to sign in once more.

Thank you for the information.
You may try the steps mentioned here for the desktop application: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly.
For the issue with the mobile apps, let me forward the information to the team and get back to you with a possible solution.
I request your kind understanding and patience.

We would require a few more pieces of information to speed up the investigation:
1. The method through which you log in;
2. How frequently is this issue with the app asking you to log in?
3. Is this only with your account, or have you checked with any other guest account and experienced the same issue?
Please let us know so we can update the details to the product team.

1. e-mail then security code sent by SMS, then password
2. two times
3. I started Acrobat without account, then I had to login, which normally does not happen, so I did not know my username and password, had to retrieve them (I have all my password and usernames registered in a secured application) bu that was pretty clumsy at that moment.
