Saving on an iPad

When I am using a custom form (made using JotForm) for multiple people, using my iPad, how do I save a filled out form and go to a blank form and start a new person? How do I save multiple forms (we're talking 100-300) and be able to access each person's form later?

Create a copy of the blank form and fill the copy.

Or, fill out the form and use Save as. Then open the empty form. Repeat.
