Saving to Document Cloud

My documents have stopped saving to document cloud. I get a red error message every time I attempt saving. Any advice? I have used Adobe for years and have never encountered this problem.

Would you mind sharing the error message you receive? May be your Document Cloud storage is running out of space. Free users get 2Gb of Document Cloud file storage. If that's consumed, then you cannot upload any file further.

Login to DC web through this link, and clear some files under Document https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/files/
