I am unable to get "text" option while adding signature via mobile app.
I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Can you please share a screenshot of the error problem for us to understand better? Also, are you signed in with the same email address you have the subscription?
Would you mind providing us the below details:
1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;
2. The operating system you use [Android / iOS] and its version.
3. If issue is with a particular file, please share a sample file for us to investigate further.
