Hi !
I created an Adobe form for my company, for technicians in intervention. From their computer, they fill out the form and sign it, the customer too. Once the customer has signed, the uPDF locks and is no longer editable. So far, so good. My problem: the same form on iPhone or iPad does not lock at all after adding signatures! Do you have a solution please?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps the customers are following to fill out and sign the PDF form? Are they using the Fill & Sign application or the Fill & Sign tool in the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on their mobile device?

When you use the Fill & Sign tool to add the signature, after saving the form, you cannot make changes to the already filled form fields. However, you can fill in the other form fields without any issues.

The PDF locks only when you add the digital signature to the PDF. As a workaround, you can open the Adobe Sign on a browser on the mobile device and then you can use the Fill & Sign tool provided there.

Hope this information will help
