Sternchenmarkierungen

Hallo, ich habe mich heute morgen in der Adobe Acrobat App eingeloggt und alle meine Sternchenmarkierungen sind auf einmal weg. Wie kann ich sie wiederherstellen?

Did you change your device or uninstall and reinstall the app by any chance? 

This could be one of the major reasons why the files do not appear on the starred list.

Note: The above statements would be true only if you have set the preference to save the starred files to "device only." The option can be located at Profile > Preferences.

If the location is set to 'cloud', please log in to https://adobe.ly/48MmttV and check the starred section to verify if the files are available there.

If so, you may want to verify that you are logged in with the correct email address on your device.
