Strange change

Why do I get everything in the Adobe app to do drawing, highlighting text that was previously not possible, or is that to get you to sign up for a subscription?
I never actually use it, so I would appreciate knowing how to put it back.
And if it is possible in Dutch, because you do business in the Netherlands, I would love to

How do I do that changing your notifications setting,please explain step by step I 'dont know anything about smartphones and therefore don't know how to change anything
