I have acrobat DC Pro,on my iPad tablet, however I am not unable to convert a PDF file to a word document, why?

We apologize for the delay in addressing your concern.

Adobe Acrobat pro DC is an desktop application. On mobile device we have Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app.

Since you account shows that you have an active subscription for Acrobat pro DC so you should be able to access most of the (compatible) features on Acrobat Reader mobile app too. 

All you need to ensure is, that Sign In using the same email as used for the Acrobat DC desktop app. 

 

If you are still struggling to convert files, then please do let us know if there's any specific error message appears when trying to convert a PDF to Word document.
