Subscription charged even after cancellation

Good Morning Adobe Team, 

So last night I tried to work on a document with Adobe and I noticed that it was giving me technical issues. Immediately I went an unsubscribed but then I was charged 11,500 for that. 

Money was taken from my account without my consent. Kindly look into this as I had unsubscribe from the app and please reverse my 11,500..that's alot.

Attached is the evidence of transaction.

Please come to my aid 🙏🙏😪😪😪
