Hi , I bought the premium acrobat subscription for my iPad but I cannot use the feature of premium to edit the files and when I go to login and try to restore purchases I am unable to do so. It says there is another adobe account which is linked to this purchase but I don't have any other account. How to resolve this issue

Please check logging on to the web portal and let me know if you can use the features there:

https://acrobat.adobe.com/

 

If yes, try the below steps;

1. Log out from the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application using your Apple ID.

 

If this does not help, you may try restoring the purchase and check if it works. To learn more about how to do so, click here: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
