Subscription glitch

Hi there, I had an 'adobe pro' subscription for quite a while. I then decided last year to downgrade to 'adobe DC.' But what happens is it keeps asking me if I want to subscribe and it's treating it like a non-subscription. But I keep getting charged $16.99 a month. Then I decided to upgrade again - to see if the features would return but now I'm getting double charged. I am paying $20+, plus the $16.99. It's quite frustrating. I did reach out to tech support to no avail. Thank you so much. RJ

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Subscription charges.

 

Since you mentioned that you also contacted our support channel, could you please share the Case ID with us so that we can check with it internally and provide you with a better resolution?

 

Also, you might want to check if you are subscribed to two different email addresses rather than one due to which you are being charged?
