I have encountered same issue. I have sent my complaint to Adobe via email but I haven't gotten any reply and the problem has not been fixed

I've also encountered the same issue. I just paid for a premium sub on July 16, but it's not allowing me to make any edits......without purchasing a subscription. I'm already subbed. Very frustrating.

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out to us.
Upon reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using to engage with our community, I wasn’t able to locate any active paid subscription linked to it.
You must have got the confirmation email after purchasing the subscription, please share it with us in private message, so we can look into it further.
If you happen to have a different email address associated with your subscription, please feel free to share it with me via private message. This will help us in further investigating your account details and resolving the matter promptly.
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you further.

Many people have the same problem. It must not be subscription based issue. Kindly advise how to use AI assistant. Like in photoshop, generative AI is available for subscribers. I expect Adobe acrobat is the same.

Hi there
I have checked your Adobe account and unable to find any subscription for AI Assistant.
Also make sure that the Email ID used to purchase the AI assistant and the Email ID used to login to the Acrobat Mobile app are same.
Let us know how it goes.
