Hello

i have paid for a full year subscription but I changed my phone and now it shows me that I am a free user

i have log out and in a couple of times and restart my phone nothing works 

could someone please help

Please check logging on to the web portal and let me know if you can use the features there:

https://acrobat.adobe.com/

 

If yes, try the below steps;

1. Log out from the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application using your Apple ID.

 

If this does not help, you may try restoring the purchase and check if it works. To learn more about how to do so, click here: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

Could you let me know the process of how you are signing in to the account?

If you have availed the subscription using your App Store, try logging in using Apple ID rather that typing in the email address.

I checked using your email address that is registered here on the community and could not find any active subscription.
