Subscription not working

I have purchased the subscription through sumsung store and I have received confirmation through email. The account is same, it seems me as free.Please help !

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using here, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan. Please make sure that the email you use to purchase the plan on the Google Play Store is the same as the one you use to log in to Adobe.

 

Also try to restore the purchases. Open the Acrobat mobile app > Tap on Profile > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase an reboot the device and check if that works.

Thank you for the response! Yes is the same email ( i have only one) . I have tried to reboot my device, to sing out and in again, to restore purchace, but nothing!!

The upgrade has not been completed and the problem still persists. I have canceled the monthly subscription in the app through the Galaxy Store. Please proceed with canceling the subscription and refunding the amount, as I canceled within 48 hours. Thank you!
