I suggest you update the application to the latest version through App Store.
Also, I saw an active subscription with the email address mentioned. Would you mind checking with the online cloud portal if you can use the tools there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
If the tools work there, you might want to check the method you use to log in to the application.

i have all ready 1 year subscription but its not working so i buy one more 1 year subscription.... after 1 year subscription also not working .. aftr i buy 1 month subscription also not working ...
i also lost 1700 rs.... and still error ....

@ROHAN29884728xhc2 Can you share a screenshot of what you see in Acrobat Reader and when log into your store to manage the subscription?
That would be helpful for us to understand the situation better and assist you accordingly.
