Hi, I signed for a 7 day trial 8 days ago. Adobe charged me for 25 euros but I don't have that much money on my account. I thought that I would just cancel the subscription since I don't use it. Unfortunately I can't delete my account or change the subscription without paying the 25 euros. What should I do? I read that you send the money back if the purchase was no longer than 14 days ago. If I pay you 25 euros would you give it back to me and let me delete my account? I selected a yearl subscription with monthly payments by mistake.

Hey @Szymon258221169z9n

I hope you're doing great.

For cancellation or refund, you need to connect with the particular store you purchased the application from, as Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores or the play store.

If you've Acrobat Reader mobile application, Please go through these help pages for cancellation and refund: -

For iOS - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html#cancel-a-subscription

For Android - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/managingsubscriptions.html#cancel-a-subscriptio...

I hope it will help.

Thank you

This is an ongoing problen wiht ADOBE.  It feels more like a calculated risk to try and get people to pay for service not rendered.

Why does adobe charge me for a future subscriptions May 2023 to May 2024 when I cancleed my subsctioption in May and it shows deactivated, and in addition proof is that I cant use ADOBE, and yet ADOBE still wishes to charge my credit card.

I have refuted the cahrges with my credit card company but they claim ADOBE still wants the money.  I have a snapshop of my account deactivation and the request to cancel back in MAY

How is this legal?
