 Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription. 

To use Acrobat on both PC and mobile, you must purchase Acrobat Pro DC.

Adobe is a company; Acrobat is one of their many applications.

Adding to what has been said, Acrobat for Mobile is free. When you subscribe to Acrobat for desktop, it unlocks the premium features of Acrobat for Mobile. You don't need (or want) separate subscriptions.
