Witam, w jaki sposób mogę prosić o zwrot pobranej kwoty 329.99zl za subskrypcje Adobe? Miałam dostać powiadomienie na kilka dni przed końcem próbnego tygodnia, lecz nie dostałam nic. Wczoraj próbowałam anulować sama tą subskrypcje, lecz ani w sklepie Play ona nie widniała ani w aplikacji Adobe. Do kogo się zwrócić? Nie potrzebuje tej aplikacji? Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.

Adobe does not hav access to your accounts and billings. A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel. Now, if you are a past user have used a trial versions and then cancel it, the company may not cancel it and charge you for the app.
