Sync Acrobat Pro on mobile to Document Cloud missing comments

Hi folks, on my phone let's say I put in some comments to a PDF that I opened from Document Cloud.

Shouldn't I expect to see those comments when I open that PDF from DC on my computer?

Specifically this is an Android phone but I suppose the question applies to any mobile device (phone or tablet).

Hi mirkwood

Hope you are doing well.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.4.0

Thanks for your reply Ria!  Because of your comments I tried uninstalling/reinstalling on my phone

(Google Pixel 4a) with Adobe Acrobat running version 21.4.0.17702 and that did the trick.

Looks like the online chat support rep was incorrect.  Mobile sync of comments IS supported and DOES work.

LATEST

FYI, the issue has returned, this time on a different document.

I think perhaps there's an authentication issue or something. When looking at the log of activity here at the adobe site I only see my phone show up days ago in a Document Cloud session even though I'd been editing just minutes ago.

Here are some screenshots in case it's helpful.
