I have the free version of Adobe Acrobat on two separate Windows 10 laptops and an Android device. My files are stored in a OneDrive account which Acrobat is connected to on all devices.
I want to be able to start reading a file on one device, switch to another device and have Acrobat remember which page I am on and open to file from there. However, whilst this happens when I close and reopen a file on the same device, it doesn't happen on other devices. Acrobat just opens the file on page 1 in those cases.
I'm signed in to Acrobat using the same Adobe account on all devices. Where am I going wrong? Is this a premium feature?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
With the latest updates for both the mobile and desktop versions, we have brought in the ability to sync the pages across the platform.
You might want to enable to option to sync your progress by going in to the preferences of the application.
Also, for the desktop version, you can click on the mobile icon on the top right if you want to switch while you have the file open at your desktop and continue from the same page on the mobile app.
Hope this helps.

can you please explain step by step how to sync progress between different Android devices and Windows pc? I can't find the "sync progress" option that you wrote about, not on the smartphone and not on the pc.
thanks a lot!

Hi @shpuntzik,
Thank you for reaching out!
The feature has an issue with the sync, which the team is working on and will be fixed in the upcoming update.
