"I'm logged into the same Adobe account on both my smartphone and tablet. However, text highlighting is usually not synchronized between devices. For example, if I highlight something in a book while reading it on my phone, when I later open the same book on my tablet, the highlights are not visible. Why is this happening, and how can you fix this issue?"

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Do you see this error with every file you work with? If yes, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version of Acrobat you use on both devices (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The OS of your devices and its version;
3. A screen recording video of the event from both devices for better understanding.
