Syncro problem

Hi, i'm writing this post for a problem with syncro of the bookmarks: before i had a old acc (with no subscription) and I didn't have this problem; with the add of a new account, when I add a new bookmarks, they don't syncro between the devices. How I can resolve It?

Would you mind checking if the files are uploaded to the cloud? If the files are not, you might need to upload them for the syncing to proceed.
