Türkçe dil desteği, Türkçe karakterler sorunu

Android tabletime Adobe acrobat yüklü. Bana gelen bir pdf dosyasını görüntülemek istediğimde Türkçe karakterler görünmüyor. Ancak başka belgeler açtığımda Türkçe karakterlerde sorun görünmüyor.
İşin tuhaf yanı Türkçe karakterlerin görünmediği belgeyi android uygulama marketinden indirdiğim başka bir pdf düzenleyicisinde açabiliyorum.
Lisanslı adobe kullanıcısıyım, bu Türkçe karakterlerle ilgili sorunumu nasıl çözerim?

Thanks for reporting this issue. We understand how frustrating it can be when Turkish characters don’t render correctly in your PDF.

From the symptoms you’ve described, it sounds like the fonts may not have been properly embedded when the PDF was created. When fonts aren’t embedded, characters like “ç,” “ğ,” or “ş” can display incorrectly or as boxes, especially when the document is opened on a different system or device.

To help us investigate further, could you please share the following:

1. A sample PDF file showing the problem (you can upload it via the community thread or a file-sharing link if needed).
2. The make and model of your tablet.
3. The operating system name and version you’re using (e.g., Android 13, iPadOS 17.5, Windows 11, etc.).
4. The app used to create or export the PDF, if known.

Once we have this information, we can check whether the issue is due to missing font embedding, encoding problems, or compatibility with your current system.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for sharing all the details.

I checked and tested the issue on my end, and I was able to reproduce it.

However, it was resolved after installing the Turkish language pack on my tablet.

To install a Turkish font on a Samsung device, navigate to Settings > Display > Font size and style > Font style > Download fonts. 

Then, search for and install a Turkish font from the available options. After installation, select the new font in Font style to apply the changes. 

Let us know how it goes after you installed the font pack.

Yanıtınız için teşekkür ederim. Bahsettiğiniz adımları uygulamayı denedim ama başaramadım. 

Bana uyguladığınız adımları yeniden baştan yazarsanız sevinirim.

Ben şöyle yaptım:

Ayarlar>Ekran> Yazı tipi boyutu ve stili > Yazı tipi stili > Yazı tiplerini indir

tıkladım. Gelen ekranda Türkçe yazı tiplerini nasıl aratacığımı bilmiyorum. Diğer yazı tipleri de ücretli olduğundan hangisini indireceğimi tam olarak bilemedim. Ücretsiz olan yine samsungun başka bir yazı tipini seçtim.

Önceki ekrana geri döndüm ve yazı tipi olarak onu seçtim. Olmadı. 

Bana başarımınızda hangi yazı tipini seçtiğinizi belirtirseniz o yazı tipini indirebilirim.

Bir diğer konu bahsettiğiniz yazı tipinin indirilip sistemde kurulu olması yetiyor mu yoksa hep o yazı tipinin seçili olması mı gerekiyor?

Thanks for the response.

You should be able to download the font from Google's official website here: https://adobe.ly/4lm3uuf.

When you get to the link, it should also help you understand how you can install the font, and also use it on other applications.

Also, coming to your next question, the font family is needed for your device to render the characters. 

In your current situation, you do not see the Turkish characters as the font family is missing from your device.

İlginize teşekkür ederim. Ancak yine başaramadım. Bu android sisteme yabancıyım; sanırım ondan dolayı bir türlü indirdiğim yazı tipini nasıl yükleyeceğim onu çözemedim. Gönderdiğiniz bağlantıda windows bilgisayara ya da bir Mac bilgisayara nasıl yüklendiğiyle ilgili açıklamalar var ama andriod sisteme nasıl yükleme yapılacağına dair açıklayıcı bir metin bulamadım.
