The File is Corrupted or damaged hence cannot be opened

Hi seemingly every pdf from any website, with very few exceptions I get this error message with no work around.

It can't be the file as I have tried many files from many websites and get the same issue just as an example I have attached a URL from which I get the error message when opening the COVID-19 data dashboard report

I am using the latest version of Android FYI

You can open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android.

With which browser application are you trying to open the file and what is your OS version?

Hi I am using android 11

And built in Chrome browser
