Hi, I'm in need of making a document smaller to be able to send it via e-mail. I've used this function many times. But yesterday it told me that I need to renew my subscription. I have already paid for this and the auto-renewal is set for March 23. When I push the button to buy it anyway, it tells me I already have this subscription. This happened to me once before, I don't remember how I fixed it back then. So I waited until today to see if it corrected itself. I have tried to log out and back in. I have closed all apps on my device too. Right now I'm just frustrated with this whole program. Please tell me what to do. I have to send this e-mail yesterday.
