Hello. I am trying to complete an online form that requires a timestamp with my signatures. Is this possible using the iPad application?

Adding a timestamp to the signature is a feature that would enhance the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile. I suggest you add the feature request to the form so that it reaches the product team for further look-ups, and they'll try to implement it in the upcoming updates.
